The beds were exceptionally comfortable, the rooms were amazingly comfortable. The location was central, adjacent to a quiet area with parks on both side of the street, parks in front and Horseshoe Bay Ferry terminal.

Upon arrival, the reception was absent, leading to a frustrating wait. The lack of proper ventilation made the room uncomfortably hot at night. Attention to cleanliness was disappointing, particularly with noticeable stains on the carpet.

The room was spacious and clean, equipped with a mini-fridge and a kettle, a pleasant surprise. The bathroom amenities included free toiletries. I appreciated the complimentary coffee and pastries available in the lobby each morning. It made for a cozy start to the day. The hotel's location was fantastic. I could walk to several excellent restaurants and parks nearby, perfect for taking a stroll. I did notice that the towels provided could have been a bit fluffier, and I would have liked to be informed about breakfast treats earlier. These were minor inconveniences that didn't overshadow my stay, but improvements in these areas would enhance the experience even further.

affordable kitchen facilities, easy parking, excellent local dining options
The air conditioning struggled to cool the room in warmer weather!!! An individual sheet for warmer nights would be a much-appreciated addition and the office needs to open on time for coffee and pastries!!!

The large and clean King Suite provided a cozy stay with excellent views. Appreciated the complimentary pastries and muffins in the lobby. The early check-in was marred by a lack of staff presence, and cleanliness could be improved, as I noticed some leftover items from previous guests. While the bed was comfortable, additional noise insulation would enhance the experience, as I could hear noise from adjacent rooms occasionally.
